Working Equitation of North Carolina Down East Fall Festival

September 27 - September 28
Working Equitation of North Carolina is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its second USAWE-licensed show this fall. Amy Star, “R” judge from Arizona, will be scoring all levels (1 through 7). This provides everyone in the eastern US with one last opportunity to qualify for the 2025 Eastern Regions Championship show in October. One show over two days. We are honored to introduce the Horse Park to Working Equitation!!

Watch Facebook for the WE instruction with senior judge Polly Limond on Friday, September 26.

Volunteering:
Ensuring the show runs smoothly for everyone requires an army of volunteers. Volunteering allows you to learn more about Working Equitation and the backstage happenings of a horse show. We cannot do this without your participation.

WENC will provide your lunch on the day(s) you work. Our Hospitality Coordinator will contact you before the show to discuss your meal choices. In addition, WENC offers Club Bucks to its members, which can be applied to purchasing WENC-branded merchandise from Grand Illusion Design or credited toward the entry fee for a future WENC event. Each four-hour shift worked equals $10 in WENC Club Bucks.

If you have any questions, email [email protected]. You don’t need to apply if you have already contacted us to express your interest in helping with the show.
