Reach out to our friendly team!
CHP does not have horses to ride or offer lessons. In fact, unless there is a competition or schooling day underway, there are generally no horses on the premises. We are strictly an events and competition facility.
Volunteering with us gives you a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of equestrian sports. We welcome anyone with a desire to lend a helping hand. We’ll be happy to provide training and support to make your experience rewarding.
Generally, our trails are open to public use on specific days or as scheduled for walking, biking, and running. Please contact the Park if interested at 910-875-2074
We love our furry friends! For the safety of all participants and animals at our events, pets must be leashed at all times, up to date on vaccines and must maintain good behavior. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

No, the Park is owned by the Carolina Horse Park Foundation, a private, not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible.
The events that take place at the Park take precedence over everything else, and all horses stabled here have been registered and approved. However, occasionally special overnight stabling not in conjunction with an event might be possible. To inquire, please contact the CHP office at 910-875-2074
Restrooms are conveniently located centrally in the Park to ensure our guests’ comfort during their visit. Showers are available to RV/Camper guests and are located in the CHP Tower. We strive to maintain clean and accessible facilities for our guests and competitors.
Our events calendar is kept up to date via our Calendar page.
