Where Horses, Sport & Community Thrive

Founded in 1998 by a small group of equestrian enthusiasts with a shared vision, Carolina Horse Park has grown into a world-class destination celebrating horses, sport, community engagement, and land conservation.

As a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit corporation, we are committed to delivering exceptional equestrian experiences while building a sustainable legacy for horses, our community, and the land. From nationally recognized competitions and educational programs to community gatherings and year-round outdoor access, the Park serves as both a vibrant equestrian destination and a welcoming place to connect.

Here, world-class sport meets Southern hospitality, open space is conserved with care, neighbors become friends, and every event reflects our commitment to excellence, stewardship, and community.

Our passion doesn't stop at the competition ring

The Carolina Horse Park is a sanctuary for education and recreation, welcoming school groups for enriching outdoor learning experiences and hosting engaging programs such as guided hikes, “Lunch with the Coyotes,” and “Bats at Sunset.”

These activities, in collaboration with esteemed organizations like the Sandhills Prescribed Burn Association and the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission, underscore our commitment to conservation and community engagement.
