This schedule is tentative. Please check website for day/time changes. Thursday – YEH XC opens at 3pm (we do need enough entries to run) Fri:YEH Dressage 12pm, YEH Jumping 2PM; Cross-Country course open-3 PM. Sat:Dressage (all)- 8 AM; Cross-Country (P/M/T/Starter)- 10 AM; Show Jumping (N/BN)-10 AM. Sun:Show Jumping (P/M/T/Starter)- 8 AM; Cross-Country (N/BN)-8 AM. Final competition schedule will be determined by the number of entries in each division. PLEASE CHECK WEBSITE FOR CHANGES

*Shavings: Pre order before Thursday ($10), During competition ($12) Refunds:Scratches submitted before the closing date will be refunded the Entry and Stabling fees, minus a $25 non-refundable office fee. Scratches submitted after the closing date will not be refunded. Scratches must be in writing, accepted by fax or email only.Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage tests.

Entries

On-Line entries accepted with credit card payment only – NO checks. Mail-in entries must be accompanied by check or credit card. Entries submitted without payment will not receive start times . All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. PAPER NUMBER PINNIES WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR CROSS-COUNTRY. Please go to www.carolinahorsepark.com for updated Omnibus listing. Intercollegiate & IEL Team Challenge rosters should be submitted to Chris Donovan at [email protected]. Teams can be made up of three or four riders, and Intercollegiate schools or IEL Clubs can field multiple teams at the event. If you are individual competitor, please request to be added to a scramble team to participate. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except the combined test. Combined Test participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. $50 return check fee Fax coggins & signature/release page to: 910.875.4310; include your name & phone # on all faxed pages.
