- The show office is housed in the Jim Baker Pavilion located between the Lathrop Arena and Edith Overly Memorial Arena.
- Show office will open at 10 am on Friday, March 6th, 2026.
- Motorized Bikes, Vehicles, etc: Due to increased safety concerns, we will be Honoring USEF’s Motorized Vehicle Rules. (pg 217)
- No wheeled vehicles or electric bikes allowed on Cross Country after 11 am on Saturday, March 7th.
- Prior to 11 am on March 7th, electric bikes or wheeled vehicles are not allowed on the galloping lanes.
- Packet Pick Up: Completed packets will be available on the front porch of the Jim Baker Pavilion. All uncompleted packets will be available inside the Jim Baker Pavilion.
- Dressage test pick up location: Jim Baker Pavilion
- Awards pick up location: The Donovan Pavilion (open structure on the way to cross country).
- Awards will be available until 4pm on Sunday, March 8th.
- Combined Training awards will be available in the show office on Saturday, March 7th.
- All competitors must enter and exit the Park, through the Trailer Entrance marked Gate 8 on Calloway Road. This includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Address: 3603 Calloway Rd. Raeford, NC 28376.
- Stall and RV Assignments will be posted under the covered bulletin board as you enter the Stabling and Day Parking Area.
- TRAILER PARKING UPDATE: Empty trailers will exit onto Montrose Rd heading East and park in Kelly’s Field on the left (GATE 1) before reaching the 5 Points Intersection.
- Please park all trailers close to the tree line that separates the dressage pad from the trailer parking as part of Kally’s Field will be used for Roads and Tracks.
- NO PARKING next to or around the Barns or the Veterinary Facility. Please unload your horses and your gear then move your cars, trucks, and trailers to the appropriate parking locations.
- Cars must park in designated areas indicated on the map. Cars parked in non-designated areas will be towed. To retrieve your vehicle please call Rockwell Towing at 910.944.8188
- Please do not rinse or bathe your horse close to the Barns, use the wash racks located near Barns B, G and H.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed around or near the Barns.
- Please lunge horses in the appropriate locations – do not lunge in the warmup arenas or the grass areas around the competition rings. Lunging is allowed beyond the Day Parking/Ship In Parking area through Gate 8. See map.
- 3-prong, grounded plugs are required on all electrical outlets on Carolina Horse Park property (fans, refrigerators, clippers, etc.) Thanks so much for your cooperation.
- Please ensure release forms are signed and turned in to the secretary prior to your arrival.
- Equine vendors and food trucks will be available on site.
- We lose one hour of sleep on Saturday night-

All 30 amp plugs must have a converter to plug into a 50 amp outlet to avoid overloading the breaker.
Some sites share water access—be sure to bring a water splitter to ensure seamless use.
