Birds of Prey
Saturday, November 19th
Two Sessions – 10-12pm and 1-3pm
Learn about the history of falconry (the oldest hunting sport known to man), the physiology of birds of prey, and the environmental importance of these incredible animals. This is a chance to have an intimate encounter with multiple species of bird of prey. See the birds fly and interact with us plus have the chance to hold a bird of prey. Enjoy a photo taken with you and one of the raptors as well.
Tickets are free to Friends of the Park and $25 for other participants. This is an event for all ages over 6 and will fill up rapidly. Attendance will be limited to 30 per session.
