After three very successful years as the host site for the Wellpride American Eventing Championships, the Carolina Horse Park was pleased to announce the return of Five Points Horse Trials. This year, in addition to the six open horse trial divisions (A-I-P-T-N-BN), FPHT also welcomed the Area II Preliminary Championships - offering $1000 in prize money! Please note: The Area II Advance & Intermediate Championship divisions were cancelled and combined with the open divisions.
In preparation, the cross-country courses were “tweaked” and “re-worked” by course designer John Williams - promising to delight and challenge the best horse and rider combinations. And, Marc Donovan used his creative skills to once again design a Show Jumping course with just the right questions.
