BAT 1 v1
Join us at the Carolina Horse Park on Friday, October 18th at 6:00pm for an interactive bat experience led by Becky Skiba of the NC Wildlife Commission

Learn about their habitats, community and patterns. We'll even be able to listen in using a state of the art Bat Acoustic Detector.

This program is free to the public and all ages are welcome! Donations appreciated though!

Picnic before bat acoustic hike. Please bring your picnic snacks with you to enjoy on the beautiful grounds of the Carolina Horse Park as the sun sets. Picnic benches are available.

Please pre-register so we have enough materials. Email Rebecca at and let us know how many bat-tastic folks you are bringing. Please bring bug spray as well.

Participants are eligible for 2 hours of Criteria II credit towards the NC OEE Environmental Education Certification.
